Job summary

PRN Physical Therapy is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab services in a collaborative clinical setting. You will assess, design, and implement individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life for patients.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, stay current with PT advances, and contribute to an environment focused on mentorship, growth, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• State license as a Physical Therapist (required).
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
