ARC Physical Therapy+ is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care, guide patient recovery, and contribute to patient-centered outcomes. You will work with clinically focused leaders in a mentorship-driven environment, maintaining a balanced caseload and engaging in ongoing education.

The role emphasizes mentorship through the IGNITE program, opportunities for leadership development, and a culture prioritizing clinical excellence over volume.

Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program graduate.
• Missouri license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work autonomously in clinical environment.
• Proficiency with EMR, databases, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Review physician's referral and patient records to determine required physical therapy treatment.
• Provide direct patient care by established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians during patient care.
• Develop a written plan of care and goals based on evaluation findings.
• Implement physical therapy treatment program and essential treatments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries.
