Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen, evaluate, and treat patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and coordinate with a clinical team to ensure adherence to standards.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, ongoing professional development, and compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting growth of a robust PT program and supervision of support staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
