Reliant Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services and build strong relationships with facilities and clients across our network.

You will screen and evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, and manage cases in compliance with state and federal regulations. The role emphasizes clinical leadership and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Advance clinical and leadership skills through collaboration, self-study, and continuing education.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations.
