Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC seeks an Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist to join our high-impact facility in Myrtle Beach. You will provide 1:1 care and manage a neuro-forward caseload including stroke, TBI, vestibular, complex ortho, amputee, and post-surgical patients, with a 90-day mentorship from a Lead PT.

We emphasize education, servant leadership, and patient empowerment as patients understand how their bodies respond to treatment.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Passion for inpatient rehab and desire to treat 1:1.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.
• Experience in the inpatient rehab setting is preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.

Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist

Position Highlights

• High-impact role at a specialized inpatient rehab facility
• Neuro-forward caseload: Stroke, TBI, vestibular, plus complex ortho, amputee, and post-surgical patients
• 90-day mentorship program led by a seasoned Lead PT
• True 1:1 model: 7-8 patients/day with 180-minute therapy windows
• Schedule: Full-time, permanent - Mon-Fri (8-5)
• $15,000 relocation bonus
