Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Neuro Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehab facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will join a large, multi-disciplinary team of over 35 therapists delivering high-acuity therapy to patients recovering from stroke, TBI, SCI, and multi-fracture trauma.

The role requires a PT degree (Bachelors/Master/Doctorate) and openness to new grads, with inpatient rehab experience preferred. We offer 90-day hands-on mentorship, a $10,000 sign-on bonus with relocation support, and

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered inpatient rehab therapy in a high-acuity setting.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team to optimize recovery and discharge home.
• Provide evidence-based neuro rehabilitation for complex conditions like stroke, TBI, SCI, burns, and amputations.

About the Inpatient Rehab Physical Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of over 35 therapists in a high-acuity, therapy-intensive environment with highly motivated patients who are focused on their recovery and returning home. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with a 95% return-to-home rate.
