Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Tulsa, OK. You will provide 60–90 minute 1:1 sessions, treating 4–6 patients daily, within a collaborative team of 20 therapists across multiple settings.

The ideal candidate is passionate about acute/inpatient rehab, enjoys mentorship for new grads, and will contribute to documentation and patient education while not taking work home.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT (NPTE) or license pending before employment begins.
• Interest in Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and 1:1 care.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in inpatient setting preferred.
• Degree from accredited PT program.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute rehab/inpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Document patient progress and plan of care within schedule.
• Mentor new grads and contribute to patient education.
