Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC invites you to join our inpatient rehab team as a Physical Therapist. You will work with 4 PTs, 5 OTs and 2 SLPs to deliver high-quality patient care in a 22-day average length of stay setting.

Expect strong mentorship from experienced therapists and collaboration with a large multidisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes and an 80% return-to-home rate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy care within a rehab team.
• Support a 22-day average length of stay with focused patient rehabilitation.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and documentation.
• Collaborate with OT and SLP for multidisciplinary care.
