Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for our Stand Alone Inpatient Rehab Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Join a large interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality patient care.

Patients have an average length of stay around 22 days with a 78% return-to-home rate; new grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists.
• Inpatient Rehab experienced preferred.
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Serve as a liaison with internal and external customers.
• Collaborative, team building personality style.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within an inpatient rehab setting as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to develop and implement care plans.
