Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a 5 PT / 5 OT / 3 SLP team in an inpatient rehab setting. Patients average ~22 days with ~80% returning home, and clinicians provide compassionate care focusing on outcomes.

You will work with a collaborative team and participate in a 90-day mentorship program, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care and professional growth. In-person role in Palm Springs, CA.

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (DPT/MS/DPT).
• Open to new grads and experienced therapists.
• Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
• Collaborative, team player with servant leadership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care in inpatient rehab settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
• Support discharge planning to optimize 22-day average LOS and home return rates.

About the Physical Therapist Position:

Come work on a team of 5 Physical Therapists, 5 Occupational Therapists, and 3 Speech Language Pathologists. Patients have an average length of stay of around 22 days with an 80% return-to-home rate. Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
