Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab. You will work with patients in the most challenging stage of recovery and see meaningful improvements during a 3 to 4-week stay.

Six patients per day across ortho, neuro, burn, trauma, cardiac and pulmonary populations, plus mentorship from a Lead PT, a stable schedule, and benefits including a $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus and loan repayment options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active PT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred.
• New Grads will be considered.
• H1-B Visa Sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Treat six patients per day in inpatient rehab.
• Work with ortho, neuro, burn, trauma, cardiac and pulmonary populations.
• Provide therapy during 3–4 week stays and support patient recovery.

Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position...Inpatient Rehab is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding settings in all of healthcare. It is, at its core, the heart of Physical Therapy. In this setting, you will work with patients in the most critical state of their recovery process and have the opportunity to meet them in their greatest time of need. Additionally, you will have a profound impact over the course of their 3 to 4-week stay and see them make drastic improvements to return to their lives at home. You will work with various Ortho, Neuro, Burn, Trauma, Cardiac, and Pulmonary patient populations, seeing 6 patients per day. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. QUALIFICATIONS
