Job summary

Ascension St John Medical Center in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN role in the Physical Therapy department. You will design and adapt goal-oriented care plans with patients and families to support recovery.

You will deliver hands-on treatments, evaluate progress, and mentor therapy assistants and students to promote clinical excellence and high-quality outcomes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred) and Oklahoma PT licensure, with BLS

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date. Temporary letter accepted until license is issued.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Physical Therapist temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.
