North Carolina Baptist Hospital is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. You will evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Physical Therapy with licensure in the state, and a current BLS certification. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates and ongoing professional development is

Competenze

• Obtained degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• DPT preferred or educational requirements commensurate with date of graduation.
• Physical Therapy License to practice in the state(s) of employment.
• Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Keeps continuing education requirements as mandated by state standards.

Mansioni

• Provide age-appropriate care across the patient life span per department standards.
• Interpret medical records and referrals to establish musculoskeletal and functional evaluations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with patient education and modalities.
• Establish functional goals with patients and monitor progress to adjust care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnosis, progress, home programs, and equipment needs.
• Communicate professionally with providers, staff, and families; attend multi-disciplinary meetings when required.
• Complete all required documentation including evaluations, notes, discharge summaries, and billing.
• Maintain a clean, organized department and properly functioning equipment.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage caseload coverage and adapt to department and regional needs.
