Job summary

PAM Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team in North Carolina. This role offers either full-time or part-time schedules and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

The PT will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and work with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and functional goals. Ideal candidates have inpatient hospital experience or a commitment to learning, with a current PT license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• PT license in the state where the hospital or clinic resides.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on therapy and guide progressive recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safety.
• Supervise and support therapy assistants and staff.
• Maintain documentation per policies and regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
