Job summary

Qualifications

• PT degree from an accredited program (B.S., M.S., or D.P.T).
• Current licensure to practice in the relevant state.
• CPR certification (Basic Life Support, Level C).

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with sound professional judgment and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Meets department productivity standards and adjusts schedules to meet patient needs.

• Promotes professional development and shares clinical expertise with colleagues and students.
• Communicates effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers.
