Job summary

Atrium Health seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team in North Carolina. You will assess and treat patients, develop functional plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote high‑quality care.

Requirements include a degree (B.S./M.S./D.P.T) from an accredited PT program, current state licensure, and CPR/BLS Level C. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S./D.P.T from accredited physical therapy program.
• Current licensure in the applicable state.
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care assessment and treatment with comprehensive evaluations and realistic goals.
• Maintains accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes and ICD-10 codes.
• Meets department productivity standards and manages schedules to meet patient needs.
• Promotes professional development and education of other health care workers.
• Communicates professionally with patients, physicians, staff and external customers.
• Ensures age/developmentally appropriate patient care and updates knowledge accordingly.
