Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, assess patients, and develop individualized treatment plans in a clinic setting.

You will work with physicians and staff to deliver comprehensive care, maintain documentation, and stay current with PT techniques and best practices to support patient mobility and pain management.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other state regulations certifications.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
