Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services, helping patients regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life in our clinics.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff, document progress, and stay current with best practices to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities, goals, and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using various therapies and modalities.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and goals.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques.
