Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation services across clinics in the United States. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and guide therapy through evidence-based techniques.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain thorough documentation, and stay current with PT practices to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any state-required credentials.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and discharge summaries.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home programs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
