Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit a Physical Therapist. This role focuses on delivering personalized rehabilitation to patients and improving mobility, pain management, and quality of life.

You will assess, design, and implement treatment plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation while keeping patients informed on care and progress, all within a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• DPT or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using various techniques.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay updated on PT techniques and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
