Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, and provide direct care. You will document findings and progress for patients and caregivers and may assist senior therapists and leadership with program development.

The role includes training students and interns while maintaining safe, compassionate care. The incumbent collaborates with multidisciplinary staff, adheres to standards, and supports Memorial Hermann's mission

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board or PT Compact.
• Direct access: Doctoral degree with residency/fellowship or licensed therapist with 30 hours of continuing competence in differential diagnosis.

Aufgaben

• Assesses patients and develops treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provides direct patient care and documents findings, progress, and instruction to patients and caregivers.
• May assist Level II & III therapists and leadership with program development; trains students and interns.
• Ensures safe care to patients and staff and adheres to Memorial Hermann policies within budget.
