• Experience: At least 2 years clinical experience or completion of accredited residency program.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop initial and ongoing plans of care.
• Implement and advance physical therapy treatments and monitor progress toward goals.
• Serve as resource and mentor to staff, students, and interns.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and insurance providers.
• Document findings and progress accurately in medical records.
