Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to assess patients, develop and initiate treatment plans, and provide direct care. You will document outcomes, support staff, and participate in program development while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a PT degree, Texas licensure (or PT Compact), and BLS certification. The role involves patient interaction, training students, and ensuring efficient, compassionate care.

Formación

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Doctoral degree with residency/fellowship may be required for direct access.
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in Texas or via PT Compact.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop/initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care and document findings, progress and instructions.
• Collaborate with Level II/III therapists and leadership on program development.
• Train students, interns, and other staff as needed.
• Ensure patient care by assistants and rehabilitation technicians; manage time and documentation.
• Promote safe, compassionate, personalized and efficient care within policy.
