The role includes documentation, collaboration with Level II & III therapists, and potential guidance to students and interns, ensuring safety and quality in therapy programs while adhering to organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current or temporary license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas board or PT Compact Commission; Basic Life Support.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills: Ability to perform evaluations, develop plans, and instruct patients/caregivers.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Provide direct patient care and document findings and progress.
• Collaborate with other therapists and staff; mentor students and interns.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and organization policies.
