Elara Caring in Huntley, IL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to support McHenry and surrounding areas. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, provide in-home therapy, and monitor progress to adjust care as needed.

Collaboration with physicians and the care team ensures comprehensive, patient-focused care. A valid PT license and driving flexibility are required.

Competenze

• Graduation from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, or have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.

Job Description

To continue to be an industry pioneer in delivering unparalleled care, we need a Physical Therapist with commitment and compassion. This position will support McHenry and the surrounding areas. As a Physical Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services in the home setting.

What is Required?

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.

• The base salary for this position is $50 to $60 per hour, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
