Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver in-home care, evaluate patients, and develop individualized treatment plans as part of a collaborative care team.

Requirements include APTA-approved PT program, current unrestricted PT license, at least 1 year of healthcare setting experience, valid driver’s license or reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement.

• Supervise therapy assistants and support staff, as appropriate.

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

What is Required?

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a healthcare facility
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment
