Job summary

Elara Caring in Blue Ash, OH, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our home health team. Evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver therapy in the homes of clients, coordinating with physicians and caregivers.

Requires an APTA-approved program, unrestricted PT license in Ohio, at least 1 year in healthcare, and reliable transportation. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO, and mileage or fleet reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) approved physical therapy program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license valid for the state of work.
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare facility.
• Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment.
