Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver individualized physical therapy services to improve mobility and independence.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, collaboration with rehab staff, and education of patients and caregivers. We support growth with mentorship, CEUs, and visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer to other providers as needed.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and improve physical abilities.
