Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-facility care team. You will assess patients, design and execute recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent with additional Bachelor's and 5+ years PT experience.
• Licensure earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with care team and refer to others as needed.
• Train patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Support patient-centered care and growth.
