Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Current state license and active licensure in good standing.

• CPR certification required on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adapt PT treatment plans for patients.
• Collaborate with PTAs, Rehab Aides, and students; oversee care as needed.
• Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
