Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy services and develop patient recovery plans. You will assess needs, deliver interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote restoration of function and independence.

You will report to the Director of Rehab and contribute to a patient-centered care approach, supported by ongoing professional development and a nationwide network of clinics.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; or Bachelor’s with 5 years PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to patients in facility settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver PT services under the Director of Rehab supervision.
• Collaborate with care team to promote independence and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and progress.
