Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patients, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver high-quality physical therapy to restore function and improve daily living.

You will educate patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery, provide referrals when appropriate, and maintain thorough documentation for ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent PT-related degree.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• If the PT degree earned outside the U.S., it must be evaluated for US equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient education to promote independence and functional improvement.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and make referrals as needed to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report to the Director of Rehab.

Education

PT license in the state(s) of practice

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in PT-related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years of PT experience

Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for US equivalency
