Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's in a PT-related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's in PT plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree requires recognition/equivalency to U.S. PT degree.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver and supervise physical therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with care team and refer as needed to promote patient independence.
