Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients restore movement and independence.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor new grads, and participate in our clinical mentorship program. A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and a state license are required, with opportunities for Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master's degree in a PT-related field with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent.

Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist, assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Collaborate with an in-facility rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and mobility.
• Support a patient-centered approach within a team of clinicians.
