Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility rehab teams. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

You'll work closely with the Director of Rehab and a collaborative team, providing education to patients and caregivers, and contributing to our patient-centered care approach that powers better outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field with a Bachelor's.
• If required, equivalent credentials or experience per U.S. standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients to restore function.
• Collaborate with care team and refer when needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
