Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver individualized physical therapy across settings.

This role emphasizes teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive living. Qualified candidates hold a PT license for practice in the state, a Master’s in Physical Therapy (or PT-related field with PTBachelor), and ideally 5 years of progressive PT experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Master's degree in a PT-related field in addition to a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience.
• Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities
