Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patients, design recovery plans, and deliver PT to help restore function and independence.

You’ll educate patients and families, collaborate with a supportive rehab staff, and adapt to varying clinical settings to maximize outcomes. The role reports to the Director of Rehab, with comprehensive benefits and sponsorship opportunities where applicable, reflecting our commitment to growth

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; alternative: PT-related Master's with PT Bachelor's.
• Foreign-educated PT degrees must be US-equivalent evaluated.
• Experience pathway varies: combines degree with clinical experience where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver high-quality physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence.
• Collaborate with the rehab team and refer when appropriate.
• Contribute to patient-centered care and treatment optimization.
