Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license, or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to help patients reach functional goals.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and prevention.
• Manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high clinical quality and patient experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with standards.
