Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license or anticipated completion of DPT program requirements and licensing examinations within six months.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
• Desire to continuously learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based PT care with individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement patient treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners to provide coordinated patient care.
