Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City is seeking a Rehab Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of the Rehab Therapy supervisor. Candidates must hold an Oklahoma PT license (or registry eligible) and have degrees in physical therapy (BS/MS/PhD).

BLS certification required; 6–12 months experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification current before care for patients independently.

Aufgaben

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians.
• General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Ensure care aligns with Mercy mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
