Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered assessments and tailored therapy programs for adults and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients and rehab technicians, and oversee PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts, contributing to Mercy's mission and service standards.

Qualifications include a PT degree with licensure in Missouri and BLS certification; 6 months to 1 year of rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in state of practice (Missouri).
• BLS certification required.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year experience in Rehabilitation PT.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants per State Practice Acts.
