Job summary

Mercy Health Center in Missouri seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess adults and geriatric patients and develop individualized treatment programs. You will supervise rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants, ensuring care aligns with Mercy's mission and standards.

Requirements include Oklahoma license or registry eligibility, a PT degree, and BLS certification. Six months to one year of rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license or registry eligible.
• Six months to one year experience in Rehabilitation Physical Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required and must be current before caring for patients independently.
• Bachelor/Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy as stated in education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to rehabilitation technicians and indirect supervision of PT assistants.
• Ensure care is delivered in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
