Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to conduct objective assessments and create individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients. You will supervise patients directly, supervise rehab technicians indirectly, and oversee PT assistants in line with State Practice Acts.

The role requires licensure in the practicing state, BLS certification, and 6–12 months of preferred experience in rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure in Missouri or state of practice.
• BLS certification current before independent patient care.
• Experience with adult and geriatric patient care preferred (6–12 months).

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for adults and geriatrics.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts.
