Job summary

Mercy Health Center seeks a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and design individualized programs for adult and geriatric patients. This role includes direct supervision of patients and supervision of rehab technicians, with accountability under Mercy Service Standards.

Applicants should hold an Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or be registry eligible, and be BLS certified. Six months to one year of preferred experience in rehabilitation settings is noted.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma license of Physical Therapy or registry eligible.
• BLS certified.
• Care for adult and geriatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians; supervise PT assistants as per Oklahoma Practice Act.

Education

Bachelor/Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
