Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners seeks a full-time Physical Therapist for the Delmar Gardens of Overland Park in Overland Park, KS. The role covers daytime clinical work and requires a DPT, current state license, and NPTE eligibility. Experience in PT is preferred and is a collaborative care position.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and educating families on home exercises and prevention. Generous benefits and licensure support are provided.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
