Continuum Therapy Partners in Avon, OH is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a physician-led care team. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with other disciplines.

DPT is required; NPTE license; 1 year of experience preferred. We offer a full-time daytime schedule, comprehensive benefits, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
