Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Miamisburg, OH. The role offers full-time daytime scheduling at our Sycamorespring location, with comprehensive benefits and licensure support.

Candidate must have a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), hold a current Ohio PT license, and pass the NPTE. 1 year of PT experience is preferred and you will evaluate, design, and implement individualized care plans while educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
