Job summary

Concentra in Aurora, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services across centers, aligning with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine philosophy.

You will perform evaluations, design treatment programs, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality services.

The position offers a base salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, generous PTO, comprehensive benefits, and potential incentive bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.

• Ability to protect patient privacy per HIPAA/PHI.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative services for disabled, injured, and diseased patients.
• Evaluate muscle, skeletal, neurological and other problems.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary staff.
• Plan, implement and interpret PT treatment programs for recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports.
