Job summary

Concentra, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services for disabled and injured patients within the center. You will align with Injury Process Management and occupational medicine policies to deliver high-quality care while ensuring compliance.

You will evaluate patients, design treatment programs, educate on exercises, document care, and collaborate with physicians to achieve optimal outcomes in a dynamic center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and PHI protection in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care with evaluation of musculoskeletal and neurological issues.
• Plan, design and interpret physical therapy treatment programs.
• Document patient care and ensure compliant reporting procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on exercises and use of supports for recovery.
• Participate in professional development and center meetings.
