Concentra in Seattle is seeking a Physical Therapist Float to provide rehabilitative services and support multidisciplinary care within our centers. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program preferred.
• Ortho-outpatient experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to interact professionally.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI and confidentiality requirements.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training as required.
• Ability to maintain medical quality assurance and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services
• Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems
• Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment
• Ensure proper documentation of patient care
• Maintain professional standards through compliance with QA policies and applicable regulations
• Implement effective communication with staff, physicians and patients for coordinated care
• Demonstrate problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Plan and design PT treatment programs to facilitate recovery and max physical potential
• Educate patients in proper care and exercises
• Perform or delegate PT treatment including modalities and gait training
• Ensure compliance with documentation/reporting procedures
• Secure prescription for treated patients and work with physicians for comprehensive care
• Assist in marketing tours and protect center assets
• Participate in professional development and quality management processes
